Authority-issued labels and instructions remain authoritative. Updates, expiry and cancellation do not automatically mean an area is safe.

Delivery depends on source validation, relevant geography, account activation, saved-location review and consent. Current automatic delivery is restricted to approved accounts and locations.

Channels and devices.
The web app supports push registration on compatible desktop and mobile browsers. On iPhone and iPad, install it to the Home Screen first. Permission, connectivity and operating-system settings affect receipt. SMS and email alert delivery are not configured.
